Established as a fully owned subsidiary of Anadolubank A.Ş., Anadolubank N.V. commenced operations in early 2008 upon the banking license obtained from De Nederlandsche Bank in 2007. It operates mainly in the Netherlands, as well as in the Euro region and Turkey, in the fields of funding medium and large-scale enterprises, and financing external trade.

The bank has maintained sustainable enhancement in its assets, and the asset size, which stood at EUR 607 million by the end of 2014, reached EUR 635 million as of 2015 year-end, growing by 5%.

Anadolubank N.V. adopts a decisive and sustained strategy, without compromising on its risk sensitive approach, by means of its strong capital, experienced managerial staff and support from the main bank. With a capital adequacy ratio of 18.7% in 2015, it remains among the banks possessing a healthy capital structure.

Anadolu Faktoring A.Ş.

Anadolu Faktoring A.Ş. commenced operations on March 20, 2007, with 99.9% share ownership of Anadolubank A.Ş. Today, it opens branches in provinces and regions, principally Istanbul, where commercial life is strong and dynamic, and it gives customers financial support by means of its competitive, flexible and reliable financing capacity. In 2015, the Company will continue leveraging up the successful performance that it has demonstrated since its establishment, as well as its quality asset size, by offering quality service through its robust staff and experienced personnel.

As of 2015 year-end, Anadolu Faktoring A.Ş. raised the number of active customers to 2,414, growing by 54% compared to the previous year. As of 2015 year-end, the company’s net factoring receivables rose to TL 220 million, while return on assets reached 3.29% and return on equity recorded 11.34%.

Anadolu Faktoring A.Ş.’s 2015 net period profit reached TL 7.2 million, and total equity stood at TL 64 million as of the year-end.

Anadolu Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş.

Anadolu Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş. was established on September 21, 1998, and signed an agency agreement with Anadolubank on April 28, 1999. The agency agreement was terminated on December 31, 2015 within the scope of CMB law alignment terms. The company offers securities buy-sell, leveraged buy-sell transactions, public offering, portfolio management, repo/reverse repo and investment consultancy services.

Anadolu Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş.’s paid-in capital is TL 25 million, and the Company has “Widely Authorized Intermediary Institution” status. As of 2015 year-end, asset size stands at TL 146.9 million and the net period profit is TL 632,000.

The Company provides investors with fast, practical and secured transaction opportunities via the WEBBORSAM and PARİTEM platforms – the Anadolu Investment brands.
